With seating for at least 20 and formal dining for up to 22 (tables and chairs available at extra cost), it's perfect for gatherings. The enclosed private garden offers a serene escape.
Additional features include a coat closet for 50 coats and a chandelier on dimmer for evening ambiance. We prioritize your well-being with air purifiers running 24/7.

House Rules
- Booking Duration: Overtime is strict and will be charged at $180 per half hour or part thereof.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $750-$1000 (varies by rental type) will be held separately and refunded the next business day after the event, pending no damages or overtime. Payment to the owner is required a week in advance of the rental.
- Decorations: Prohibited items include glitter or decorations that shed glitter, confetti, or balloons filled with confetti.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted only in the garden area.
- Cleanup Requirements: By the end time, all items brought in must be removed, and all trash must be bagged up in the garden. Furniture and objects should be returned to their original positions.
- Recycling: Glass, cans, and bottles must be separated into clear recycling bags provided to avoid city fines. Mixed recycling with trash incurs a $75 trash handling fee.
- Cleaning Fees: Additional cleaning fees may be charged at the owner's discretion.
- Smoke and Equipment: Smoke, haze, mist, or fog machines are strictly prohibited. House speakers may be connected to a phone or computer only. DJs are allowed but must bring and use their own equipment.

Cancellation policy
- Full Refund (Up to 30 Days Before Event): Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund, including all fees.
- Partial Refund (Between 30 and 7 Days Before Event): Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the event start time will result in a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding fees.
- Non-Refundable (Less Than 7 Days Before Event): Unfortunately, cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time cannot be refunded.
