The parlor level boasts an elegantly appointed living area and a formal dining room, complete with a spacious table that comfortably accommodates up to 10 dinner guests. Plentiful seating options enhance the comfort of the living room, which is complemented by the grand piano. A discreet lavatory is discretely located towards the rear for the convenience of guests.
Descending to the lower level, you'll discover a generous kitchen and a charming courtyard equipped with outdoor dining furniture, offering seating for up to 8 individuals.

- Full Refund (Up to 30 Days Before Event): Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund, including all fees.
- Partial Refund (Between 30 and 7 Days Before Event): Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the event start time will result in a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding fees.
- Non-Refundable (Less Than 7 Days Before Event): Unfortunately, cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time cannot be refunded.
