This versatile loft in the heart of Soho is ideal for gatherings, meetings, productions, and shoots. All furniture is movable for easy space customization. Enjoy high 12 ft ceilings, abundant natural light, and large windows. Please note it's a 5th-floor walkup, but a reserved freight elevator is available. Plus, there's a professional photography studio setup with Pro-foto lighting.
House Rules
- No smoking in the building or loft.
- No late-night parties or events.
- Outside catering is allowed.

- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Guest Limit: Respect the maximum guest limit provided by the host for safety and comfort.
- Extra Guests: Only individuals on the provided guest list are allowed.
Health & safety
- Cleanliness: Please leave the kitchen and dining area as clean as you found them.
- Food Safety: Follow proper food handling and storage guidelines to prevent contamination.
- Fire Safety: Do not use open flames or deep fryers unless permitted and supervised.
- COVID-19 Precautions (if applicable): Adhere to local health guidelines and safety measures.
- Noise Levels: Be considerate of noise, particularly during quiet hours, to respect neighbors and hosts.
Cancellation policy
- Full Refund (Up to 30 Days Before Event): Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund, including all fees.
- Partial Refund (Between 30 and 7 Days Before Event): Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the event start time will result in a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding fees.
- Non-Refundable (Less Than 7 Days Before Event): Unfortunately, cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time cannot be refunded.
