Our space, thoughtfully designed with diverse interior features including original metal warehouse doors, an oak slatted sliding door, and a white brick wall, is perfect for hosting intimate gatherings and pop-up events. The open living, kitchen, and dining areas are well-suited for small events and groups, while the large front windows flood the living room with beautiful natural light.
House Rules

- Alcohol and Outside Catering Allowed: Alcohol and outside catering are permitted.
- Group Size: For gatherings, a maximum of 15 people is allowed.
- No parties: Events like pop-ups and baby showers are welcome, as long as they are not considered parties.

Cancellation policy
- Full Refund (Up to 30 Days Before Event): Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund, including all fees.
- Partial Refund (Between 30 and 7 Days Before Event): Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the event start time will result in a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding fees.
- Non-Refundable (Less Than 7 Days Before Event): Unfortunately, cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time cannot be refunded.
