Perfect for community events, fundraisers, and gatherings. Can be set as a charming urban or suburban home.
- Lounge Floor: Casual entertainment space featuring smart TVs, a custom wood bar, leather sofas, couches, and a full bathroom. Ideal for scenes set in a living room, lounge, or speakeasy.
- Backyard: Outdoor deck and green space, perfect for entertaining.

Cancellation policy
- Full Refund (Up to 30 Days Before Event): Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund, including all fees.
- Partial Refund (Between 30 and 7 Days Before Event): Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the event start time will result in a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding fees.
- Non-Refundable (Less Than 7 Days Before Event): Unfortunately, cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time cannot be refunded.
