Parlor Floor: A Harlem Brownstone-style kitchen and living space with exposed brick, a restored staircase, powder room, full kitchen, island, coffee maker, coat closet, and two high-definition TVs. Perfect for community events, fundraisers, and gatherings. Can be set as a charming urban or suburban home.
  3. Lounge Floor: Casual entertainment space featuring smart TVs, a custom wood bar, leather sofas, couches, and a full bathroom. Ideal for scenes set in a living room, lounge, or speakeasy.
  4. Backyard: Outdoor deck and green space, perfect for entertaining.

House Rules

  1. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building but allowed on the outdoor rear deck and in the backyard.
  2. Catering: Outside catering is permitted, and a fully equipped kitchen is available for use.

  1. Suitability: C&D spaces are not suitable for children or infants.
  2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  3. No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
  4. Guest Limit: Respect the maximum guest limit provided by the host for safety and comfort.
  5. Extra Guests: Only individuals on the provided guest list are allowed.

Health & safety

  1. Cleanliness: Please leave the kitchen and dining area as clean as you found them.
  2. Food Safety: Follow proper food handling and storage guidelines to prevent contamination.
  3. Fire Safety: Do not use open flames or deep fryers unless permitted and supervised.
  4. COVID-19 Precautions (if applicable): Adhere to local health guidelines and safety measures.
  5. Noise Levels: Be considerate of noise, particularly during quiet hours, to respect neighbors and hosts.

Cancellation policy

  • Full Refund (Up to 30 Days Before Event): Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund, including all fees.
  • Partial Refund (Between 30 and 7 Days Before Event): Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the event start time will result in a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding fees.
  • Non-Refundable (Less Than 7 Days Before Event): Unfortunately, cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time cannot be refunded.
