Step into our versatile brownstone, where creativity knows no bounds. Whether you're creating, hosting, producing, dining, writing, dancing, directing, partying, performing music, or showcasing art, our space is your canvas.
With rustic brick walls, captivating art, and a blend of warm yet industrial finishes, our New York mansion welcomes up to 75 guests while remaining intimate for smaller gatherings. The entire brownstone is yours, featuring a spacious living room, modern kitchen, two full baths, a music venue, private backyard, and even on-site parking.
Please note: Our space is highly flexible. All furniture and artwork seen in pictures can be moved or stored within 2 hours if needed.

House Rules
- A 50% Security Deposit is required for all rentals.
- Guests must bring the deposit on the day of the rental, either in cash or as a certified check.
- The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage incurred during the rental.

- Suitability: C&D spaces are not suitable for children or infants.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Guest Limit: Respect the maximum guest limit provided by the host for safety and comfort.
- Extra Guests: Only individuals on the provided guest list are allowed.
Health & safety
- Cleanliness: Please leave the kitchen and dining area as clean as you found them.
- Food Safety: Follow proper food handling and storage guidelines to prevent contamination.
- Fire Safety: Do not use open flames or deep fryers unless permitted and supervised.
- COVID-19 Precautions (if applicable): Adhere to local health guidelines and safety measures.
- Noise Levels: Be considerate of noise, particularly during quiet hours, to respect neighbors and hosts.
Cancellation policy
- Full Refund (Up to 30 Days Before Event): Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund, including all fees.
- Partial Refund (Between 30 and 7 Days Before Event): Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the event start time will result in a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding fees.
- Non-Refundable (Less Than 7 Days Before Event): Unfortunately, cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time cannot be refunded.
